Sunny's is an independent bookstore located in Yuma, Arizona. Our story began when CJ Alberts impulsively bought a Japanese mini truck, with the dream of opening a retail space on wheels. From there, the store grew into a brick-and-mortar establishment situated in Yuma's historic downtown Main St.
We take pride in stocking a diverse selection of books at Sunny's. Our inventory includes carefully sourced used books from local library sales, generous donations, and exciting thrift store hunts. In addition, we offer a thoughtfully curated collection of new books. Our focus is on providing accessibly priced books and nourishing community along the way.

We do! If you’d like to have us over to sift through your private collection, send us an email and we can figure out an appointment time together. We are primarily interested in buying literary fiction, beloved classics, art books, contemporary non-fiction, essays/criticism, and more.
